Case: Health Score
Delivering an actionable metric to the user.
The Challenge
Vitat is a Self-care product, focused on enhancing people’s Well-being and Health. In order to enhance the utility of the application, after extensive research, we decided to build a measuring tool that would allow users to understand, through a Score, their current life stage.
Thus, VitScore was born, an index that shows users the areas of their life that require attention. It’s an actionable and dynamic metric, enabling users to obtain relevant information about their healt
My role in the project
I acted as a Project Manager and UX, leading all alignment meetings, co-creation workshops with the teams, and ultimately designing the interfaces.
The multidisciplinary team comprised individuals from the healthcare, physical education, and technology fields.”
The process
As we already had a significant amount of user data collected from interviews and research conducted by the UX team, we carried out an extensive analysis and sought references. The healthcare team also brought a scientific method for calculating the score.
Alongside a medical professional, we created the questions, the scoring system, and understood the importance of dividing them into pillars.
Collaborating with the technical team, we realized that the most intuitive and user-friendly approach would be the use of an interactive Chatbot, rather than an extensive and tiresome form.
In the first version, we aimed to be straightforward and focused, with the goal of launching something quickly to learn from its use. Consequently, the first version went live in less than 30 days.
Below, I’ve included some app images.
